The Free Spirited Coach hosts a wellness retreat in Walla Walla, WA, a special place that's known for it's peaceful atmosphere and beautiful vineyards. I'll help you make the most of your vacation by helping you relax and have fun while empowering you to focus on moving forward with your life. Our next group retreat takes place from September 19-23 with accommodations provided by the historic Boyer House. You'll enjoy:

  • Group coaching sessions to help you reclaim your joy and make positive life changes
  • Yoga and meditation classes to help you find peace and relaxation and release stress
  • Activities like wine tasting to make sure your vacation is as fun as it is helpful

What will we be doing?


Sunday, September 19th:


4:30 PM: Arrival - Arrive to a glass of bubbly and a welcome gift

5:00 PM: Heavy Appetizers and welcome reception at Boyer House, mix and mingle!

Monday, September 20th:


Meals Included: Breakfast, lunch, dinner

7:30 AM: Coffee and breakfast (included); feel free to take your time easing into each morning. The mornings are designed to be casual and relaxing, sleep in if you'd like, join in whatever you'd like to before we start our group coaching!

8:30 AM: Guided meditation and journaling time (15 minutes of guided meditation)

9:00 AM: Yoga

10:30 AM: Group Coaching (90 minute) Topic: Mindset & Embodiment

12:30 PM: Lunch (provided)

FREE AFTERNOON (with sign up times available for private coaching sessions.) Check out the local shops, book in a massage at one of the nearby spas, check out a vineyard, or simply relax in the spacious home.

5:30 PM: Private in home chef to indulge us with a delicious meal to dine al fresca in the peaceful outdoor dining area at The Boyer House (weather permitting)! Enjoy a beautiful meal prepared by Walla Walla's Chef Colleen from What's Cooking.

Tuesday, September 21st:


Meals Included: Breakfast, lunch, wine flights

7:30 AM: Coffee and breakfast (included)

8:30 AM: Guided meditation and journaling time (15 minutes of guided meditation)

10:00 AM: Group Coaching (90 minute) Topic: Power of Choice & Co-Creation

12:30 PM: Lunch from Graze, to be enjoyed at Amavi Cellars.

2:00 PM: Vineyard tour with private group transportation courtesy of NW Touring.

Tastings included at each stop. Proposed vineyards:

  • Saviah Cellars
  • Kinhaven Cellars


FREE EVENING - After we have completed our vineyard tour; feel free to explore solo or grab some ladies to tag along. Walla Walla has a wonderful selection of local restaurants. Dinner restaurants recommendations available.

Wednesday, September 22nd:


Meals Included: Breakfast, lunch, dinner

7:30 AM: Coffee and breakfast (included)

9:00 AM: Guided meditation and journaling time (15 minutes of guided meditation)

10:30 AM: Group Coaching (90 minute) Topic: Goal Clarity & Aligned Action

12:30 PM: Lunch (provided)

FREE AFTERNOON remaining private coaching slots available for signup

5:30 PM: Vision Board Party! Supplies included, but we will have option to do a digital version via Pinterest if you'd prefer. Lounge in the upstairs theater room, while we put on a movie or listen to music and dine on salads and gourmet pizza from Murray's Fire Engine Pizza. Time to get inspired and take action after our morning coaching session and your private coaching session.

Thursday, September 23rd:


7:30 AM: Coffee and breakfast (included)

8:30 AM: Guided meditation and journaling time (15 minutes of guided meditation)

9:00 AM: Yoga

10:00 AM: Reflection and Closing Reception

11:00 AM: Departure
